We are extending this maintenance window until 8AM ET, no impact to services other than viewing call history on our Detroit, MI based portal is expected. Detroit, MI registration / call processing is back online and is expected to remain online for the remainder of the window.

We want to make you aware that this Wednesday (1/19) at 11:00PM ET there will be a scheduled downtime of our Detroit, MI point of presence lasting up to 4 hours. We will be utilizing this time to perform an upgrade to our servers for increased performance moving forward.

During this maintenance window CallHarbor services will continue to operate out of our Atlanta, GA & Phoenix, AZ points of presence and no impact to services are expected. All services including but not limited to Device Provisioning, Calling, and Portal Access will remain functional.

Our status page will be updated once the work has been completed and all Detroit, MI services are back online.
