We want to make you aware that this Saturday (9/4) at 2:40AM ET there will be a scheduled downtime of our Detroit, MI point of presence lasting up to 2 hours. We will be utilizing this time to adjust performance settings on our core server. During this maintenance window CallHarbor services will continue to operate out of our Atlanta, GA & Phoenix, AZ points of presence and no impact to services are expected. All services including but not limited to Device Provisioning, Calling, and Portal Access will remain functional. Our status page will be updated once the work has been completed and all Detroit, MI services are back online.
