We want to make you aware that this Friday (1/28) at 1:00PM ET there will be a scheduled downtime of our Detroit, MI QoS monitoring lasting up to 1 hour. This should not impact calling in and out of our Detroit, MI point of presence.
During this maintenance window CallHarbor services will continue to operate out of our Detroit, MI, Atlanta, GA & Phoenix, AZ points of presence and no impact to services are expected. All services including but not limited to Device Provisioning, Calling, and Portal Access will remain functional.
