A non-service impacting platform upgrade will be occurring on 11/19/2022 at 10:00PM ET - 3:00AM ET. This upgrade will provide bug fixes and new features across our platform.
This upgrade is not expected to be service impacting, however in the event of a service impact that does not resolve within a timely manner you may call our main line and follow the prompts: 1 (833) 363-VOIP
As with all upgrades to our platform they are completed in stages between our multiple geographic locations. Phones will fail over between these locations seamlessly.
If your phones are not configured for fail over (manually configured/un-supported devices) you may have limited functionality or partial outages. All CallHarbor direct/retail endpoints are configured for fail over.
