    A network route for our Dallas voice trunk was experiencing connection issues outside of our network from 11:00AM - 11:20AM, temporarily calls were rerouted to our Los Angeles location to resolve outbound call audio. At this time calls are now being passed through our primary location in Dallas. We will continue to monitor the connection to ensure that no further issues occur. This incident may have impacted call clarity for some of our voice customers. This was outside of our network and due to a primary network carrier between Detroit and Dallas.
