A non-service impacting platform upgrade will be occurring on 10/19/18 at 1:00AM EST - 3:00AM EST. This upgrade will provide feature improvements to our panel.

This upgrade is not expected to be service impacting, however in the event of a service impact that does not resolve within a timely manner you may call our main line and follow the prompts: 1 (313) 263-3663

As with all upgrades to our platform they are completed in stages between our multiple geographic locations. Calls will fail-over between these locations seamlessly.

If your phones are not configured for failover (manually configured/un-supported devices) you may have limited functionality or partial outages. All CallHarbor direct/retail endpoints are configured for failover, this statement only affects private label partners.

Again this upgrade is not expected to be service impacting in anyway.
