A non-service impacting platform upgrade will be occurring on 2/28/18 at 2:00AM EST - 4:00AM EST. This upgrade will provide bug-fixes to our panel.

This upgrade is not expected to be service impacting, however in the event of a service impact you may call our main line and select technical support:

As with all upgrades to our platform they are completed in stages between our multiple geographic locations. Calls will fail-over between these locations seamlessly.

Again this upgrade is not expected to be service impacting in anyway.
