A non-service impacting platform upgrade will be occurring between 12/14/2020 at 5PM ET - 12:00AM ET. This upgrade will provide bug fixes across our platform feature set. We expect the upgrade to take much less time than is reserved in the window.
This upgrade is not expected to be service impacting, however in the event of a service impact that does not resolve within a timely manner you may call our main line and follow the prompts: 1 (833) 363-VOIP
As with all upgrades to our platform they are completed in stages between our multiple geographic locations. Phones will fail over between these locations seamlessly.
If your phones are not configured for fail over (manually configured/un-supported devices) you may have limited functionality or partial outages. All CallHarbor direct/retail endpoints are configured for fail over.
