We will be performing a network change / test that may affect our Southfield voice platform services. Phone service will fail-over to our Atlanta location during this time. If you are a partner of CallHarbor ensure that your phones are properly configured for failover either with Auto Provisioning or manually configuring SRV / Failover outbound proxies. Direct CallHarbor customers are configured for failover already and will not need to perform any changes during this window.
